We are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join a leading Global Automotive business who have created a strong people culture, where creativity and commitment are resonated throughout the business.
You will have full accountability for the outline and delivery of the strategic direction to support the success of the Customer Relations department. Whilst managing and motivating a team of Team Leaders, who in return are responsible for the management for the Customer Relations Coordinator’s.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to have full autonomy in a role where commitment and drive to develop people is at the heart of what you do.
•Define a strategic route for customer management to capitalize retention and ensure first class customer service
•Lead, manage and coach the Team Leaders to ensure the Customer Relation Coordinators are developed and can understand and empathise with their customers
•Reporting and analysing data, identifying any operations issues and implementing any necessary actions to continually improve quality of service
•Budget control in line with the department and strategy
•Maintain a pivotal link with the Dealer network and Field team in making high value commercial decisions to strengthen customer retention
•Proactively manage business relationships with external suppliers to support the strategic vision for the department
•Exceptional people management experience within a Customer Relations or Call Centre environment
•Experience within a strategic/operational management role
•Credibility, gravitas and ability to motivate and lead a team
•Intermediate excel and PowerPoint user
•Commercially astute with strong communication and relationship building skills
•Enthusiastic with an approachable and positive attitude
•Ambition and drive to want to progress professionally within the business
•Energetic, positive and a good sense of humour
