A Senior HR Business Partner is needed for 12 months working for a global business. An EMEA focused role, the HR Business Partner will take responsibility for a European client group whilst working closely with the HR directors to embed the company and HR vision across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Working within the corporate head office for Europe, the role will support key senior stakeholders both within the business as well as the HR Directors. The HR Business Partner will be working alongside the leadership team on change management initiatives, providing an operational and strategic HR interface to the EMEA sales function. You will oversee a European client base of at least 400 staff, coaching and providing advise on complex people issues when required. Activity will include managing EMEA recruitment activity, participating in strategic HR projects and programmes and inputting into the ongoing strategic and operational activities of the EMEA HR team.

Profile
You will have gained excellent experience of HR business partnering, ideally supporting sales functions and be able to provide expertise liaising with a European client group. With extensive change management experience, you will be seeking a move which draws on your more senior experience and that allows you to liaise with senior stakeholders, deputising for and making key decisions as required. With a commercial and generalist HR background, you will have passion for HR and business partnering and be very collaborative in your approach.
