Managing a highly established interim/temporaries desk, networking, building relationships and of course, sourcing candidates for their interim requirements.
As a business we work across sales, marketing, and human resources so you will need to be able to become a master of all our specialism’s and share your industry knowledge with our client base.
Working on a well-established desk you will be targeted on maintaining and expanding existing client relationships to increase business and be able to identify opportunities.
Maintaining a core base of workers and ensuring all interims are paid on time, happy in their role and the client is informed of any potential changes. Communication and aftercare is the key to this role. We recognise that offering a continued high level service to both client and candidates throughout the assignment is key.
We need an accomplished consultant who enjoys the Candidate and Client relationship. You need to curious, tenacious and have real integrity. Transparency and honesty is at the core of our business and will lead to long term personal success.
