An international brand is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their head offices to support their publications team. You will be responsible for managing all administration and support tasks related to reporting, print publications and will assist with any internal or supplier queries.
To support members of the publications team with all administration
Assist with checking and updating all manuals – print and online
Liaise with all relevant stakeholders internally and externally
Assist with any queries and take responsibility for the resolution of these
Manage the departments inbox
Process invoices and Po’s
Strong administration experience is a must
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills
Strong communication and written skills
Experience of print publications or language translation would be advantageous
A team player with the ability to work efficiently
