A global blue-chip organisation is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to come and support the HR function at their European head office in Slough on a 12-month contract. The HR Generalist will provide support local hub sites, implement key people and operations processes, support talent acquisition and resourcing strategies. In addition, traditional HR capabilities including performance management, organisational development and employee engagement are key to this role. •Associate Relations – support & coach line managers, keep occupational health updated on all AR issues, support associates with clear guidelines on pay & corporate benefits.
•Recruitment & Resourcing – Support the Internal Talent Acquisition team to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely manner and Hiring Managers are supported throughout the process.
•Organisation Development - Provide support to the implementation of planned change efforts, including: reorganization, job redesign, resolving some resource conflicts.
•Associate Engagement – Company ambassador promoting the company values through the five principles model and work with Line Managers and Associates to ensure this is transmitted throughout the business.
•Talent & Learning Development – New starter checks and engagement. Support performance and development plans for associates.
•HR Projects – Actively lead & support shared initiatives/projects.
You will have solid HR generalist experience with an enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude. The ideal candidate will have a flair for engagement with proven understanding of organisational change. You will have worked within a fast paced, corporate environment before and enjoy being in a supportive, developmental role.
