Due to continued success, a new role has been created for a HR Information Systems Consultant to work on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 12 months (and with the potential to become permanent). The primary focus of the position is the administration, support and development of iTrent.
Working as part of a successful team, the role involves the management of iTrent, as well as reward management and MI analysis. You will support it's users and assist with its development and upgrading. As HR Consultant you will need to produce monthly reports such as sickness, absence and headcount. You will be required to extract and model pay data and work with the payroll team to develop its functionality. You will be liaising with customers and interpreting data for the HR community as required.
You will have been using iTrent on a daily basis and have gained excellent knowledge of the system, either as an HR IS Administrator or as a member of the HR team. In terms of your depth of knowledge you do not necessarily need end to end project delivery experience as long as you have strong iTrent administration skills. You will have at least intermediate Excel and Business Objects skills and ideally experience of payroll.
