This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international Pharmaceutical organisation as a HR Administrator. You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the HR functions along with providing clerical and administrative support to the HR team. An exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure in HR within a Global, corporate business.
• First point of contact for employee requests regarding HR issues
• Supporting the senior management with ad hoc administrative requests and operational activities
• Aid with the roll out of the new HR systems including the updating of employee records
• Assisting with all HR projects
• 10% of this role would be arranging travel, processing expenses, booking meetings and diary management for the HR Director
This role requires a hands-on professional who has excellent communication skills and the ability to get all tasks completed within a timely manner. You will be highly analytical, intermediate on Excel with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work with a proactive attitude. As HR Administrator, you will have the capability to work alone although the HRD will act as a mentor and support this position when needed.
