Are you an ambitious and driven People Manager with strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills?

Are you commercially savvy with the desire to want to progress your career within the Automotive industry?

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Business Manager to take up the role of Parts & Accessories Manager in a leading global Automotive organisation who have created a strong people culture, where initiative and commitment are echoed throughout the business.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and credible Manager to join the Parts Operations Department and lead from the front and grow within a business that excel in their field.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage and motivate the Parts & Accessories team, including regular reviews, appraisals, and ongoing training and development
•Manage a daily reporting process using analysis and accuracy to develop goals and direction
•Budget control and development in line with the department and strategy
•Manage the Parts and Accessories competitive pricing policy in conjunction with the business’s commercial objectives
•Plan and launch new Parts and Accessories products in line with vehicle line-up
•Liaise regularly with Marketing and the Aftersales Managers to achieve strategic and commercial direction
•Maintain a pivotal link with the Field Sales teams, Customer and After Sales Department for the Automotive and Motorcycle product groups

Profile

•An understanding, or a genuine passion and desire to want to learn about the Corporate side of the Automotive industry
•People management experience is essential in this role to lead from the front, mentor, coach and motivate
•An excellent analytical approach and good commercial acumen is required to contribute towards successful strategy
•Commercially astute with strong communication and relationship building skills
•Highly motivated, professional and committed to achieving results
•A confident presenter with well developed influencing and negotiation skills
•Enthusiastic with an approachable and positive attitude
•Experience from either a Manufacture or Consultancy in an Aftersales or Parts Management function would be helpful but is by no means essential
