We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading global Automotive organisation as a Sales Support Coordinator.

The main focus as Sales Support Coordinator will be to collate, analyse and report all relevant sales data, working to tight deadlines to support the success of UK Car Sales. You will be ensuring month end costs are accurate and prepared for; specifically supporting the Car Sales Management and field based teams.
A large proportion of this role is working with data, so you will need to be a strong excel user with excellent and proven organisational skills.

A brilliant prospect for a Sales Support Coordinator with analytical skills who would enjoy being part of a fun, lively sales team.

Key Responsibilities

To collate, analyse, report and present on weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the sales forecast
Supporting with the administration for the Regional budget
Administration for the logistics dealer charges process
Car Sales supporting system maintenance
Administration for the new car allocation process
Regular liaison with Regional and Corporate Sales teams and Business and Commercial Planning.

Profile

Intermediate / advanced excel user (training and support can be provided to progress you to an advanced user)
Confident to analyse and present data
A curious and inquisitive mind set
Energetic with a can do attitude to cope in a fast paced environment
A high level of accuracy as attention to detail is key in this role
The ability to communicate effectively across all levels to include field sales and other internal departments
A Team player who takes pride in their work
Enthusiastic with a positive approach
Ambition and drive to want to progress professionally within Honda
