An opportunity for a Senior HR Manager who is both customer focused and innovative to join a Global Multi-cultural business at their prestigious European Head Office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

As a Senior HR professional and ER expert you will be joining a high profile and well known brand who are looking for you to focus on Employee and Labour relations both locally and across the European regions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role requires a very "hands on" and practical approach combined with real commercial and strategic forethought.

Key Responsibilities
Working alongside Senior Management Stakeholders across Europe developing and managing HR activities and escalated ER cases. Utilising a broad appreciation of Employment Law, you will support the Head Of HR Operations particularly in terms of employee relations, monitoring labour relations across Europe, preventing labour risks and leading on the HR context for works councils. In this diverse and challenging HR role, you will take responsibility for budget and staff management together with the analysis and reporting of European-wide organisational data, ensuring its quality whilst initiating and supporting on employee engagement initiatives across the European regions.

Profile
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivelent with a Senior, Generalist HR skill set and excellent knowledge of UK and ideally wider European law, you should be looking for a hands on challenging role. You will have already gained experience working within an EMEA HR team ideally with direct exposure managing HR for several different European countries. Essentially, you will need the ability to navigate a European customer base. Customer focused, you should bring a positive understanding of employee engagement, contractors, work council and European labour relations. You will need to be comfortable working in an International business with matrix structure and an understanding of Japanese culture and management practices although not essential would be really helpful. A flexibility to travel occasionally, enthusiasm, commitment and ability to meet deadlines whilst under pressure will all be expected to enable you to reap the rewards of success.
