We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Head of Human Resources to join a hugely successful IT software services provider. A global business, they are a leader in their field and due to continued growth they are extending their human resources function.
The Head of Human Resources will manage the complete employee lifecycle for a global population of approximately 100 staff, advising on employee relations (particularly with regards to change management) and managing all recruitment activity. Key to this role will be supporting the CEO in their strategic and acquisition plans. The Head of HR will contribute heavily to the implementation of a new performance management system and a new HRIS system. Other main tasks will include the creation of new policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment. Although the Head of HR has one direct report, it is essentially a standalone role, and therefore tasks will be varied including health and safety and overall responsibility for facilities.
This role will suit a very professional and well organised individual with significant hands-on HR experience. Our client needs a Head of HR who can work both operationally as well as strategically. Candidates will be CIPD qualified and have gained solid HR experience within a corporate and ideally global organisation. It is essential candidates have the ability to partner with senior leaders within the organisation and manage the wide variety of HR activity.
