The Company/Role
A new role has been created for an EMEA Human Resources Manager for a high profile, global business focusing on employee and labour relations across the region.

Key Responsibilities
The EMEA HR Manager will support business managers across Europe addressing their different HR needs. Utilising a broad appreciation of European employment law, the successful applicant will support particularly in terms of employee relations and monitor labour relations across the region, leading on the HR context for works councils. The HR Manager will also be responsible for the analysis and reporting of European-wide organisational data, ensuring its quality and monitoring the labour relation situation in Europe. In addition this role will support on the employee engagement initiatives across the region.

Candidates will be CIPD qualified with a senior, generalist HR skill set and excellent knowledge of both UK and wider European law. You will have gained experience working within an EMEA HR team ideally with direct exposure managing HR for several different European countries. Essentially the successful candidate must have the ability to navigate a European customer base. In addition to the above applicants must have superb analysis and reporting skills and experience.
