We currently have an exciting opportunity to work as a PA to the UK Area Manager within a global organisation who specialise in providing a unique software platform. As the PA, you will ensure that the UK Area Manager has excellent administrative support at all times to ensure he is maximising achievement for the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high-energy organisation.


Providing first class executive support to the UK Area Manager
Extensive complex Diary Management with regular updates and changes
Coordinating and booking UK travel arrangements which will occasionally be overseas
Organising and preparing documents in preparation of meetings
Organise meetings and conference calls both internal and external
Provide on-site/off-site support to customer meetings, seminars, and training events
Responding to Ad Hoc requests in a timely manner


Our Client is looking for a professional individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic yet friendly environment. The right candidate will be highly organised and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is advantageous. You will have multi-tasking skills and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.


This fantastic role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work for a well-established, rapidly growing business. Initially this is an 8-month fixed term contract within an organisation that can offer some excellent long term opportunities and career development.
