Are you an experienced HR professional with strong TUPE experience?

We have an exciting 6-12-month interim opportunity with a globally renowned organisation based in London.


Manage client solutions and transitions
Lead and project manage the HR element of large EMEA-wide outsourcing projects with new clients
Co-orientating the delivery of all people transition aspects of the project
Act as HR EMEA point of contact both internally and across client stakeholders
Partner with in-country HR in all HR transition activity
Work closely with the HR Director on any aspects that require support and approval.


The ideal candidate will have solid HR generalist experience and direct exposure to TUPE; merger/acquisition, change management and project management across EMEA.

Opportunities and Benefits

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a global organisation on this key HR project. Initially a 6-12-month contract with an exciting industry and would suit a professional, level-headed logical thinker with a flexible working approach. This role will allow flex for home-work and require fairly regular travel within Europe.
