Are you a professional HR Administrator looking for your next challenge?

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator who is highly organised and detailed to join a fast-paced global business based in Fleet. Initially a 6-month temporary contract, the HR Administrator role will give you exposure to global operations and will allow you to get involved in complex HR administration, including recruitment, project support and liaising with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and coordination of global resourcing, including onboarding, sending out contracts, tracking vacancies and contract end dates
Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date and accurate
Complete HR administration to support various projects, support the HR department and particularly around recruitment
Ad-hoc office support as needed, such as liaising with agencies, managing new contracts, new starter inductions and drafting letters


You will be a bright and articulate administrator or coordinator who enjoys working in a busy professional environment. You will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel as you will be using complex tracking spreadsheets. You will need to have strong verbal, written and numerical skills as you will regularly be liaising with the finance department. Previous experience of HR Administration and but the ability to understand the complexities of a large global operation will be key.

This is a 6-month temporary contract which will give you an excellent opportunity to gain HR administration experience in a global company supporting a busy HR and Resourcing department and working closely with an experienced HR director.
