A highly successful and dynamic business with a truly international focus, now require a Recruitment and Resourcing Partner to join their expanding HR team. This represents a fantastic opportunity for a skilled RPO/ in-house recruiter to join a business which is growing exponentially, to work as part of a supportive team focusing on recruiting interim consultants who will give their commitment to projects that are being tendered for. The Recruitment and Resourcing Partner will take responsibility for recruiting project staff to assist with the winning and continued performance of projects globally. Working closely with stakeholders – in particular the Bid Team, the recruiter will have to work at pace to secure specialist interims who will give their commitment to projects the business are tendering for, or that have been won and need to be delivered. The role will include global travel.
This will be a full 360 degree recruitment role and the Resourcing Partner will have to drive candidate attraction, screen and interview applicants, and develop talent pools utilising all methods of sourcing and recruitment agencies. In addition this role supports the Head of Resourcing with strategic recruitment projects such as the launch of their ATS and coaching stakeholders in recruitment practices.
The business needs a skilled recruiter who has experience of hiring contingent staff within a professional services organisation. International development experience would be highly advantageous and you will be an innovator who is skilled with both sourcing and managing recruitment processes. You will be skilled in targeted advertising and sourcing utilising job boards and social media as well as the company brand and its website. You will be happy to travel globally as your work requires and have superb communication skills to work closely with senior leaders within this global organisation.
