Leading on business transformation and change management projects focussed around employee engagement and best practice, as HR Director you will also lead and embed a new HR team of 4 direct reports.
Key focuses will include managing the overall talent management strategy and agenda, with an emphasis on recruitment and succession planning as well as learning and development and performance planning.
The HR Director will also act as coach and senior business partner to senior business leaders. This is an operational role as well as offering strategic responsibilities.
Experience and skills
• The successful applicant will have proven experience as an influential senior HR leader who has worked within a functional matrix structure.
• You will be able to provide clear HR partnering to business leaders as well as provide operational management of an HR team who need support across the breadth of generalist activity.
• You will enjoy a role where you can work strategically as well as operationally within a dynamic business in the media/entertainment industry.
The most crucial need is your ability to lead and manage HR with expert and far-reaching knowledge of both generalist and change management activities, coupled with your passion and commitment to work for a global brand.
