A leading car manufacturer is recruiting an Aftersales Programmes Manager to join the Head Office team responsible for the development and implementation of Aftersales programmes to the dealer network and Area Managers.

The Aftersales Programmes Manager will deliver aftersales programmes to all customer groups and internal stakeholders to ensure maximum customer retention across. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a commercial aftersales function with the manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage the aftersales product to support customer retention objectives
Ensure all customer communications and marketing are in-line with programmes
Review reported data and make recommendations for changes or developments and ensure data is captured and managed effectively
Develop dealer targets and collaborate with Area Managers to deliver
Develop marketing plans and measure success of marketing activity
Write and manage the aftersales time plan

Profile

We are looking for a driven and customer focussed individual – ideally with experience in aftersales from the manufacturer or dealer environment. Strong commercial awareness and excellent time management skills and able to communicate across all levels in Head office and to the field teams.
A good level of Excel is required for reporting.
