Are you a strong Administrator looking for your next challenge?
Are you available for a 6-12 month temporary assignment?

A unique opportunity has arisen for an Administrator within UK head offices. You will be a key link and provide administration support to a small team and the managers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their administration skills with a corporate business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team with any administration tasks
Database administration and maintenance
Efficiently communicate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders internally and externally
Assist with any queries and take responsibility for the resolution of these
Finance related administration including invoicing and payments

Profile

A graduate or equivalent or someone with recent administration experience would be suitable for this role
Good attention to detail
Strong communication and written skills
Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills
A team player with the ability to work efficiently
