We have an exciting contract position on offer for a Learning and Development Coordinator. An iconic FMCG brand are seeking a HR professional that has a real passion for Learning and Development. Working in a fast paced, lively environment this Learning & Development Coordinator would be shaping teams or individuals to develop the businesses future progression.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the first line support for all HR queries with a real focus on Learning and Development.
Ensure that all administration surrounding Learning and Development is accurate and coordinated effectively including management of invitations, course instructions and pre learning materials.
Manage the Learning and Development calendar to ensure attendance levels are high.
Assess all feedback provided from groups and individuals so that future Learning and Development is meeting with the needs and requirements of the business.
Work closely with the HR operations team to assist with general HR duties and projects as and when required.
Take a lead on administering purchase orders and invoices with all elements surrounding the HR functions.

Profile
You will have a focus on providing excellent customer service with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships. Your organisational and time management skills will be extremely proficient and highlighted in the successful training programmes you coordinate and deliver.
