An opportunity has been created by a UK based FTSE 250 global business for a Reward Analyst. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work for large and highly successful business as they continue their international growth in the business services sector.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing the day-day aspects of compensation and benefits for the European region and supporting on reward processes as well as supporting on wider HR projects. Typical tasks will include co-ordinating reward projects and providing analysis in conjunction with the HR leadership team. The Reward Analyst will advise on policy and procedure in terms of reward and respond to questions from the wider HR team and employees concerning the availability of staff benefits. There will be a significant amount of HR project work to get involved with, and this person will have to ensure the provision of accurate and appropriate management reports, produce data for bonuses and undertake pay modelling, provide information for pay surveys and other reward related projects.

Profile
Candidates need to have gained some proven compensation and benefits / reward experience within a commercial organisation working as an HR generalist or as a specialist. Candidates will be analytical in their approach and enjoy a role which requires strong numerical and analytical ability. Advanced MS Excel skills are required. Our client want a self-starter who is highly motivated and keen to progress.
