We are recruiting an HR Business Partner with experience of global business transformation for an internationally renowned business in the FMCG space. This newly created role will directly contribute to the success of high-impact change initiatives within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
The HR Business Partner will manage and lead on all aspects of change management for the corporate team and shared services. As a proactive HR business partner you will provide coaching and direction on a wide variety of people management issues. On a day-day basis this role will look at succession planning, talent management, employee engagement and talent acquisition and actively participate in and lead on HR transformation activity.
You will be a commercially focused and ambitious HR Business Partner, with a track record of partnering in a fast paced, ideally global/EMEA matrix environment. You will possess strong skills and experience with employee engagement, talent development and sound business acumen.
This role presents a commercial HR Business Partner with the opportunity to push an HR agenda forward and take responsibility for decisions around change.
