Fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a commercial healthcare business.

This healthcare organisation require an experienced generalist HR Business Partner with the stakeholder management skills necessary to provide both operational HR management for a client group of healthcare professionals as well as actively contributing to the people agenda and commercial objectives of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner is tasked with providing a customer focused HR service to a group of circa 600 staff.
Operating within a supportive HR team, the HR BP will manage all operational activity including employee relations, employee engagement and strategic projects.
Building solid stakeholder relationships is absolutely key to this role and the BP will spend much of their time out in the business, partnering senior managers and their staff, actively contributing to development and delivery of the business unit’s growth plan.
Business Partner activity will also include driving TUPE, embedding changes to HR policy and procedure, delivering performance management processes and contributing to change management initiatives.

Profile
This role will suit a commercially focused individual who has gained experience in the public sector particularly within healthcare (NHS). Applicants must have gained significant experience as a senior generalist who has managed complex employee relations, have experience of TUPE and succession planning and the breadth of generalist activities.
Key to this role will be the Business Partner's ability to influence line managers to achieve objectives, they must be confident presenting to senior management and approach their work with a collaborative style.
Candidates must be CIPD qualified (min Level 5) or have the equivalent level of technical experience.
