We are recruiting an efficient and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join a highly desirable FMCG brand. The Sales Coordinator will support the Head Office and field teams to ensure all reporting, administration and projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. A fantastic opportunity to work with an enviable and exciting brand in a key support function.
Compile reports and weekly sale figures for Sales Managers and senior management
Quarterly review and audit of internal documentation
Tracking retail sales and prepare ad hoc reports as and when required
Support and prepare information for sales meetings and conferences including travel, catering, room set up, agendas, and presentation preparation
Project work and analysis
Stocklist reports and regular database management
Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to react to changing business requirements
Highly analytical and numerate
Ability to support senior managers and prepare information/reports to be used in sales meetings/conferences
Tenacious and reliable
Excellent Excel skills and ability to manipulate data
Able to manage and effectively prioritise a range of tasks
