We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the European Head Office of a Global organisation. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be integral in supporting the management of the supply process across the European region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail focused individual with solid Administration and Excel skills, to join a leading business working within a friendly and outgoing department.
Regular liaising and negotiating with the European branches
Daily review of production performance, identifying delayed orders whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
Providing regular updates as to where products are within the supply chain process
Managing sales order adjustments
Regular reporting on internal systems and Excel
Identifying opportunities to streamline the production plan
This role would suit an individual who has a keen interest in data, accuracy and can constantly maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with an eye for detail. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to learn systems quickly and efficiently, ensuring that tight deadlines are met. If you are degree educated, or equivalent it would be desirable, but not essential. However, you must have intermediate Excel skills including V-look up and Pivot tables.
This role is ideal for someone looking for their next move within a similar Supply Chain role. You may be a Logistics Coordinator, a Supply Chain Assistant, or an Administrator with strong Excel skills and good attention to detail.
