You will be responsible for providing the valuable link between branches worldwide and suppliers. You will also be the first point of contact for all enquiries and you will play an integral part ensuring that stock is maintained and that there is minimum disruption on production, sales and logistics.
Processing monthly invoices for approval
Create and maintain purchase orders
Preparation of Purchase Contracts and Quotations for approval
Handling and resolving day to day inquiries
Review of current office processes to ensure the business process efficiencies
Provide administrational support to the department in respect of stationery orders
Ensure the data base is maintained and kept up to date
Good knowledge of Excel (SAP is preferred)
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, be commercially minded and be able to demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to their work.
You will either be a Graduate or equivalent looking to start a career with global company to grow and develop or be an experienced administrator/coordinator looking to progress working for a reputable organisation. Excellent communication skills and an ability to multi task is essential to role as you will be liaising with teams globally and may be in situations where you have conflicting priorities and tight time-scales to meet.
