As the Senior HR Manager you will lead on the change and transformation agenda whilst implementing strategy inline with business needs. The role will be delivering operationally focused HR however, will consist of strategic elements as you will drive the ongoing people agenda. The key focus will be to evaluate the training needs of the organisation. You will then create and implement a talent management programme whilst updating processes and procedures.
