As the HR Advisor, you will instrumental in providing expert HR advice to Managers across the UK. Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for HR related queries for managers across the UK
Provide advice on complex ER issues ensuring they are in line with company policy and good practise
Support on projects such as absence and performance management
Support with the effective management of organisational and acquisitional changes
Provide advice on employment law issues
Training to managements to help develop skill.
The skills needed
You will be a highly organised HR professional who has worked within a multi site business.
You will have strong ER experience combined with the ability to empower and influence senior managers across the business.
CIPD part qualified as a minimum
