Due to over 100% growth and increasing success within our Finance division, we are now looking for a Senior Finance Consultant to help further build our Finance presence in the Thames Valley and surrounding areas and we are happy for you to focus on either Interim or Permanent recruitment.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively and forge strong relationships with Senior-level Candidates and Clients, whilst creating a talent pool of both passive and active candidates.
You should be a great networker with the natural ability to forge strong business partnerships with a diverse client base whilst sharing your knowledge as a leading industry expert. The role will of course involve interviewing, talent pooling, advertising vacancies, managing recruitment campaigns and identifying business opportunities.
Ideally, we are ideally looking for a Finance Specialist who wants to move away from a traditional cold call environment or an individual with a strong business development background looking to work in a more consultative and service focused business.
You will need to be an excellent time manager with the ability to juggle a number of priorities but also the care to ensure that we maintain our high standards of customer service.
An excellent communicator, who is highly solutions orientated and thrives off delivering a flawless standard of service. You will be able to manage your time effectively, whilst maintaining accuracy and pace. You will need to be adaptable and willing to change what you’re doing depending on the business demands.
