We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised Scheduling Administrator to join an international corporate business based in Maidenhead. The Scheduling Administrator will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support and diary scheduling for the field team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an organised and efficient administrator to work in an international environment.
Liaising with important clients on a regular basis to schedule and maintain visits
Extensive Calendar Management associated with the field visits
Preparation of field visit agendas for the engineers
Monitoring the weekly time reports and ensuring they are submitted in a timely manner
Hotel and travel arrangements, on occasion outside of the UK
Dealing with Internal and External calls
Candidates will have a solid administrative background along with strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal communication and with strong numeracy skills and the ability to provide a professional service over the phone.
