Our client, a rapidly growing technology business, based in Maidenhead are looking for a Reward Specialist (Manager) to join them at a very exciting time in the company’s expansion.
This a strategic role where you will showcase your expertise in Compensation and Benefits as well as Reporting and Compliance. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the rewards strategy, seeing you work closely with Senior Leaders and HR Business Partners, on activities such as salary benchmarking and incentive schemes. More routinely you may well be working with the finance team to ensure the processing of payroll changes or on promotion of their recognition scheme.
You will need to be a people person, not only to settle into the team but also in order to gain a good understanding of what motivates and engages them, to ensure the appropriate benefits are provided.
You must have solid experience within a Reward role, have excellent HRIS systems skills and Advanced Excel abilities. If you have gained or are studying an accreditation in compensation and benefits this would be of particular interest.
