Reward & HR Systems Manager; This is a newly created role with responsibility for the implementation of a new HR System together with the responsibility for aligning salaries, grading and incentive programs with talent attraction and retention strategies.

The Reward & HR Systems Manager will be evaluating, recommending, implementing and administering compensation and system improvements to support strategic objectives and assist the organisation to make prudent decisions. This will be done by reviewing and analysing current and future compensation practice and trends.
This role will suit an individual who is comfortable operating at all levels of the business, as activities can range from senior management presentations to routine administration.
