Signet Resources is an established professional recruitment business and we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work closely with our Office Manager to ensure the Administrative and Financial arm of our business runs smoothly. A varied role, with challenging deadlines where no day is the same, and you will quickly become an integral part of our ever changing, fast paced and exciting business.
Core responsibilities include;
General office support includes meeting and greeting visitors, answering the main telephone line, handling enquiries, preparing marketing material, candidate e- shots, sourcing office supplies, filing and adhoc projects.
Experience and personal attributes;
We are open minded and willing to train but what we do need is a good work ethic, positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Numerical skills and an inquisitive nature to challenge and ask questions.
A team player, confident with good verbal and written communication skills.
An interest in recruitment and good MS Office skills.
