An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to work for a Global Pharmaceutical business. As the Personal Assistant you will be providing comprehensive support to senior leaders and have responsibility for arranging and attending bi- monthly board meetings. This is an initial 6 months contract however, the possibility of permanency within the organisation is highly likely.
* End to end organisation of global board meetings
* Providing executive support to the Company Secretarial team
* Diary management and complex international travel arrangements
* Liaising with travel providers collating flight, hotel and transfer details
* Coordination of committee meeting documentation
* Processing expenses and dealing with ad hoc admin duties
This would suit a professional, articulate and pro-active PA who has solid administration, MS Office and excellent organisational skills. You should be confident and credible to attend board meetings and be comfortable to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority across the business.
