Are you a strong Administrator or Office Manager who has had exposure to HR?
We are exclusively working with a leading technology business who are looking for an Office Manager to support across a number of areas. As the Office Manager you will provide support to the UK office, Senior Managers and take HR admin responsibility.
This is a newly created role, initially 9 months however possibility for extension.
General office administration, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Taking charge of supplies and organising company meetings
PA support to HR Director and three Vice Presidents
Assisting with general HR queries
Supporting the HR Director with projects
HR administration such as offer letters, contracts, references, and obtaining right to work info
The successful candidate will have proven Office Management/Administration experience and be familiar with standard office management procedures. You will have excellent knowledge of the MS Office software, and HR experience is desired.
Above all you will be excited about the challenge of a new role and not be fazed by changing priorities.
