We are currently seeking a driven and pro-active HR Coordinator to join a Global Solutions Business based at one of their key operational offices. As the HR Coordinator you will be a key player in in supporting HR processes across EMEA.
Assist with updating HR documentation such as contracts and policy documents
Confidently liaising with Senior Management and employees at all levels across EMEA
Providing PA support to the VP of HR
Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding
Take accountability for HR systems and implementation of new HR processes
Support on a variety of HR projects
The ideal candidate will need to be a highly confident communicator including both written and verbal. You will have good project management experience, be able to prioritise a demanding work load, and will be able to deal with ambiguity. Ideally this person will be CIPD qualified or working towards.
