We are looking for a Senior HRBP with a strong commercial acumen. This is an operational and strategic HR role working closely with key stakeholders to design and implement HR Strategy whilst supporting operationally to deliver key business objectives.
Management of a team of HR professionals
Owning the end to end process of large scale TUPE in and out transfers
Implementation of HR strategies such as succession planning, retention and employee engagement
Negotiating and building solid relationships with Union representatives
Partnering with business leaders to define key objectives and strategies ensuring they are aligned, and noticeable improvements are being made
Have the gravitas to contribute in senior board level meetings supporting with crucial decisions
You will have proven experience of managing complex and escalated employee relation cases without external intervention. The ideal candidate will have worked within a business experiencing a high level of change therefore they will have the flexibility to adapt as and when required. Candidates will have ideally come from a logistics, retail or supply chain environment where the population is predominantly blue collar.
