This well-known business requires a resilient, results driven HR Business Partner that can hit the ground running and support with a number of generalist HR tasks. As HR Business Partner you will be required to have a hands-on approach and provide effective support at an operational level with a main focus on employee relations.
Providing generalist HR support with a specific focus on complex employee relation cases, talent management and supporting with projects
Support with the change and transformation agenda across the business ensuring that there is a clear alignment with the people strategy
Ability to create strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the business
You will be robust with sound operational HR experience. You will have the ability to envisage and drive change with a positive, influential approach. Your engaging persona will be evident and demonstrated by your previous successes. You must be prepared to be challenged on a daily basis and make commercial, beneficial changes.
This opportunity would provide you with fantastic exposure to a variety of HR and transformation that would enable you to develop whilst adding real value to an organisation. This exciting position offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday and a discretionary bonus. Initially this role will be contracted until September however, there could be further opportunity for extension or permanency.
