We will soon be working with a global business based in Slough who are looking to recruit a Generalist HR Advisor to come on board. As the HR Advisor you will support specific areas of the business with day to day HR activity, whilst providing viable HR best practice to managers and employees.
Assisting with all HR generalist activities
Supporting on Employee relation issues
End to end recruitment management
Provide sound advice to key stakeholders
The ability to influence strong senior members
Support with payroll administration
We will be looking for a true generalist who is a real team player, proactive, and tenacious. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally. This role would suit an individual who is looking to continue with their HR career, CIPD is highly desirable.
