Do you have experience providing HR Advice within a multi-site business?
We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Regional HR Advisor to join a Global Environmental Solutions Business based at one of their key operational offices in Brentford. As the Regional HR Advisor, you will instrumental in providing expert HR advice to Managers across the South West region and Ireland.
The skills needed
You will be a highly organised, strategic and operational HR professional who ideally has similar operational industry experience but above all, must have supported at multi-site capacity and have experience with Ireland (legislation and working practises).
You will have strong ER experience combined with the ability to empower and influence senior managers across the business. You will hold a CIPD qualification or equivalent, level 7 is preferred and having change management experience is highly desired.
