An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Global Toy Manufacturer as a Customer Services Supervisor at their Head Office. In this challenging role, you will be the key interface with major retailers and the first point of contact for supply chain queries.
This role offers huge career advancement potential and takes responsibility for leading, developing and motivating a small team of Customer Service Executives whilst working closely with multiple internal functions to ensure that Customer Service plans are integrated with the overall business strategies and objectives.
You should have experience of working within a fast-pace B2B Customer Service and Supply Chain environment so that you understand logistics and the movement of goods. A natural people person with good people management , coaching and development experience. This role requires a clear and confident communicator, someone who can influence and build solid relationships. You will also be an analytical individual and experience of working with large scale retail organisations would be desirable.
