A brand-new exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a well-known FMCG Retail business as a Customer Service Supervisor at their Head Office. As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the key interface with major Grocer Retailers and will be the first point of contact for supply chain queries.
The role will be involve being responsible for leading, developing and motivating a small team of Customer Service Executives whilst working closely with multiple internal functions to ensure that Customer Service plans are integrated with the overall business strategies and objectives.
You will have experience working within a fast-pace B2B Customer service environment and will have people management and development experience. This role requires a clear and confident communicator, someone who can influence and build relationships. You will be an analytical individual and if you have the experience of working with large scale Retail Grocers that would be highly desirable.
