Client Development Manager -HR
We are looking for a client development manager to help further build our HR presence in the Thames Valley area. You will need to be able to communicate effectively and forge strong relationships with senior-level candidates and clients, whilst creating a talent pool of both passive and active candidates.
You will need to be a great networker with the ability to forge strong business partnerships with a diverse client base and become a leading industry expert.
We are ideally looking for an individual with recruitment experience who wants to move away from a traditional cold call environment or an individual with a strong business development background looking to work in a more consultative and service focused organisation. You will need to be an excellent time manager with the ability to juggle a number of priorities but also the care to ensure that we maintain our high standards of customer service. You will need to be adaptable and willing to change what you’re doing depending on the business demands.
