Project Manager/Change Manager with significant experience in Field Service Processes and best practices is needed to join Waterlogic HQ, who are a Global leading main attached point-of- use (POU) drinking water purification and dispensing business.

You must have experience of implementing process and structure within a large field service team and a history in achieving best practice.
Provide Global support for the global Field Service Network, enabling communications, facilitating dialogue and sharing learning and experiences across a global field of business units.
Manage the creation and execution of routine Waterlogic Field Service Network events.
Work with field service leadership in every market to create tailored Field Service improvement plans, which cover the rollout and embedding of priority best practices to drive KPI improvement.
Plans should include the best practices to be included, timelines and ownership for rollout within the BU, and KPIs to be tracked to assess implementation progress.
Support local operations teams in the systematic rollout of Field Service improvement plans, monitoring key milestones, removing roadblocks, and maintaining an overview of operating KPI performance.
Familiar with field service operations, processes and management approaches
Familiar with driving continuous improvement across multi-territory field service operations, ideally in a B2B environment.
Industry experience in related fields such as Domestic Appliances, Consumer Products, Manufacturing or Automotive.
Understanding of a B2B product with a strong service offering alongside.
A change leader with proven techniques of leading diverse teams through complex change.
Outstanding organisational skills and logical, operational mindset.
Degree educated with experience in a European or Global role with an understanding or exposure to running best practice processes in a field service enviroment.
The position is based in Maidenhead, Berkshire at the HQ with regular travel, mainly to Europe but globally too – we welcome applications from any location under the proviso that you will need to visit HQ in Maidenhead regularly.
