* Providing professional customer service through your excellent written and verbal communication, responding to enquiries via email, telephone and social media
* Working to clear guidelines, learning about the products and legal regulations
* Producing a customer service training manual and regularly updating product information
* Supporting the business, management team and colleagues by learning key aspects of the day to day operation of the business such as order processing and providing general administrative support including use of MS office
* Customer complaint handling and providing product advice
* Attendance at conferences
You will need to be a team player, committed to providing exceptional customer service and creative and proactive in your style of thinking and working to seek improvement. With meticulous attention to detail, you should enjoy composing written correspondence and take a pride in producing quality work. You will need to have a caring and passionate nature with the right attitude and aptitude to excel at all that you do. It’s essential that you are super organised, able to prioritise and multi task so and this could suit a PA/Administrator or Executive Assistant who has a passion for customer service.
