Conducting behavioural and competency assessments to establish which potential candidates to propose.
Step 4 : shortlisting
Supplying detailed profiles of up to 4 suitable candidates whose skills and experience merit your attention.
Step 5 : interviewing
Arranging the interviews and preparing the candidates (us). Conducting the interviews (you).
Step 6 : making the offer
Managing the offer process and checking in periodically during the first year to check all is well.
