We will share all feedback with you, and we won't leave you in the dark for days waiting to hear.  If we don't have any feedback, then we will tell you that too.  We aim to ensure you know where we are at every stage of the process.

The Process

When we first speak to you it will be via an in depth telephone interview which we help to identify whether we can assist you. We can also give you more details about the position you have applied for to ensure it is something that you are keen to move forward with.

The next stage is to come and meet a consultant at our offices where we will conduct a detailed competency based interview. We hope by this time you will have researched the business you are interviewing for and have some great questions for us.

All of our interviews are confidential and are structured around the position you are meeting us for.

We will spend time getting to know you and understanding your aspirations and motivations to ensure the role and business is right for you. We want you to enjoy a long term career with the company we are recruiting for, so it is important to us that we really understand your key drivers.

Before your second stage interview with the client we will ensure you have all the necessary details needed to make a great first impression. We will also provide you with feedback from our interview so you can build on what you do fantastically and tackle any reservations.
