Nicky has worked in recruitment for over 20 years and is passionate about providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients. She established Signet Resources, feeling that there was a gap in the market for a professional recruitment solution that sat comfortably between a high street agency and search and selection consultancy. Nicky plays an active "hands on role" in the business and remains focused on delivery, genuinely enjoying the challenge of matching the right candidate with the right client. With a high level of integrity and strong personal values, Nicky has built many long-term business relationships, being renowned for her tenacity, honesty and expertise particularly in the core areas of HR / Training and Executive PA's. Nicky continues to look for ways to enhance Signet's service and clearly recognises the need for personal development being dedicated to ongoing staff training and development internally within Signet.

Vanessa Regan - Director
Vanessa has 20 years experience recruiting within the local area successfully building long-term relationships with various SME's through to large Global Organisations predominantly in the Thames Valley and M4 Corridor areas. Working side by side with her clients, she takes the time to really understand the company culture, values and varying demands of each business, resulting in high levels of success and positive business referrals. Vanessa has built up a strong personal reputation with both candidates and clients and is dedicated to delivering and exceeding client expectations by her creative and innovative approach. Prior to Recruitment, Vanessa's early career was in Finance/Credit Management within the FMCG market and Vehicle Leasing; she is now also actively involved in the Financial and Operational Management of Signet.

Jane Blackmore - Divisional Manager
Following her graduation from the University of Sussex with a 2.1 degree in American Literature, Jane initially worked with autistic children before entering a career in Recruitment. Over the past eight years Jane has recruited predominantly within the Sales and Marketing arena although, through her time at Signet, she has now broadened her areas of expertise to include HR, Customer Service and Senior Office professionals. Jane heads up the Permanent Recruitment Division, with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing, thriving on the diversity and challenges of our ever-changing market. Highly motivated and determined to deliver, she is proud of her ability to be able to identify natural achievers and potential leaders for her clients. Outside of recruitment, Jane has an active family life and trains regularly to support various charities by running marathons across the globe!
