Business Development / Inside Sales Manager - German Speaking

Industry-leading IT Service Company with a strong international presence are seeking a results driven, over-achieving B2B Sales Executive or Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team.
An excellent opportunity for Business Development Managers to launch an already successful career to the next level in the rapidly evolving Web Services arena. The Company are looking to recruit an exceptional German speaking Sales Executive with a proven record in hitting revenue targets that relishes the opportunity to close new business daily.
Candidates will drive prospective customers across the region through telephone and internet communications, utilising a high outbound activity to grow accounts across SME businesses.
Successful candidates will be comfortable in selling to senior and C-Level personnel, will do so in a professional and consultative manner and will aspire to progress through to key accounts, regional roles and man-management roles.
All Business to Business sales experience will be considered, but those coming from a web based or IT software solutions sales background will be at an advantage, with media sales, conference sales or recruitment also of specific interest.
Role Overview
To generate sales revenue; identify and qualify prospects, understand their needs and build new relationships across the region. Candidates will also constantly monitor pipeline business and report on their activity based upon key Company metrics
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for driving new business activity across Germany
Delivering and exceeding annual revenues but against a monthly target
Activity focused - Achieving maximum sales through high levels of outbound communications
Deliver a consultative solution based sell to C-Level executives
Experience/Skills required
Consultative New Business sales background with demonstrable experience of meeting revenue targets
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Confident, articulate, and excellent presentation skills
Ability to deliver on-line presentations
Desire to earn high commissions and work in a professional and fast-paced arena
