We have a new opportunity for a team orientated experienced Credit Controller or Collections team leader to join the Finance team of one of the world's largest Commercial and Industrial Property Insurance businesses. With over a century's worth of experience in providing international insurance solutions, this company is ideal for someone with a proven background in credit control and experience of man management



The Role:

This role reports in to the Finance Manager. You will be expected to manage the team of credit controllers for the Collections Team servicing Global Services.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of collection from major accounts

Working with the accounts team to pursue collection of receivables, reinsurance and captive recoveries

Reconciliation of payments

Regular contact with internal and external customers

Ad-hoc project work



Skills Required:

Proven people management experience

Ability to manage, motivate and develop small team

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of Peoplesoft

Strong communication and organisational skills

Previous experience in dealing with partners in EMEA

Fluent second language will be an asset
